Holistic health and wellness is an approach to well-being that simultaneously addresses the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual components of health. Tony’s Health and Fitness Blog will endeavor to go beyond discussions and articles about weights and exercise. I aim to inform and motivate readers to take control of their whole being and significantly impact themselves far more than weights and exercise ever could.
Weights and exercise may play a role in achieving overall health and fitness but there is more involved. At tony’s health and fitness blog, diet is a bad word. I will stress nutrition over diet. While i love food, i focus on nutrition that includes vitamins and supplements, combined with exercise equipment, exercise routines, along with overall healthy habits that include sleep, meditation, and hydration to achieve my health and fitness goals.
